I have taken Tongkat Ali for years. I've bought many different brands of it. This is not Tongkat Ali. I have no idea what it is. In the picture you will see two different brands of Tongkat Ali and the white capsule of whatever this product is. Total waste of money.

Have been training for a marathon mtb race and saw some reports this might aid in recovery from hard workouts (decrease early morning cortisol levels). Taken every day I don't think I have noticed any benefits. Hard efforts are still leaving some after-effects the next day proportional to past workouts. I suspect anything I might attribute to this supplement would only be placebo effect. Maybe your experience might be different, but don't expect miracles.

I cant tell one way or the other, if it helps or hurts. Maybe I'll have to take more than the recommended amount for anything to happen. Extra energy? No. Muscle strength? no difference, endurance? Just as dead tired as always. Any stimulation in my neather region? No difference & thankfully at 50 things still work better than in my 40s. Cuz I lost 90lbs that alone makes a huge difference image how enormous we would be as a population, if you're junk gained weight like the body does. Anyway! To those of who it helps!
