艳紫铆是泰国森林中一种罕见的藤本植物。它通过根系网络繁殖。如果发现 1 根,就会有 100 根。根部形成柔软的块茎,可以用勺子舀起。所有这些组织都流出红色的汁液。

循环使用超级炖牛肉和东革阿里

健美运动员和性生活繁忙的男性不喜欢断断续续的循环。他们更喜欢持续升高的睾酮水平,健美运动员喜欢最佳体形,而追求性高潮满足的人则喜欢最佳性爱。

最好的解决办法是交替使用东革阿里和丁亚麻。

丁亚麻和东革阿里都作用于调节睾酮水平的下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴,但这两种植物的植物化学成分在结构上有很大不同,因此对前者的熟悉程度不会影响到后者。

要想获得超自然水平的睾酮,下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴必须处于失衡状态,因为只有这样才能达到增加睾酮合成的目的。

交替使用丁子香豆和东革阿里是一种令人信服的策略。一个标准的方案是使用东革阿里 8 到 12 天,然后换成丁亚超霸,时间跨度大致相同。用完丁子香豆后,再用东革阿里,然后再用丁子香豆,如此反复,睾丸激素永远不会下降到基础水平。
